Our Services
We provide licensed real estate brokerage services, including lease assignments, subletting assistance, and tenant placement. We do not provide legal advice — for legal questions about your lease, please consult an attorney.
Fees and Payment
The initial consultation is free. Any fees for our services will be clearly disclosed and agreed upon in writing before work begins. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.
No Guarantee of Results
While we work diligently on every matter, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on factors including market conditions, lease terms, and the cooperation of landlords, management companies, and third parties.
Termination
Either party may end the engagement with written notice. Termination terms, including any applicable fees or refunds, will be specified in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the New York State courts located in New York County.
